Likes: Masks, masquerades, novels, playing both the cello and the clarinet, singing, rain, leaving the house at night, dusk, creating various items, demons and devils.
Dislikes: Gender roles, drunks, most other women, gossip, most teas, a good chunk of humans, thunder and lightening.
History:  Evangeline once lived with a happy family that turned sour after her beloved father’s untimely and out of the blue death. Her mother who turned abusive after her husband’s death was eventually locked away in a ward. With that Evangeline headed to London to join her sister who was away for a job initially meant to be her own. Through many endeavors and encounters Evangeline Grey tumbled into a world she knew not of— even discovering part of her past she was denied. (RP with her to find out more!)
Personality: If she doesn’t know you well Evangeline will come off as a harsh, blunt, arrogant know-it-all. A rather stuck-up woman she seems, but this is all a lie. Miss Grey is a master of masks, of faking emotions. This is done for multiple reasons, one being simply so the society she grew up in won’t touch her. The other reasoning would be due to horrible past experiences with certain beings over and over again. Deep down she is a rather compassionate and gentle young lady, but few see this side of the intelligent Miss. She is fragile under her armor and it takes much for her to let one in.

NOTE: In modern (2012) verse Evangeline is 143 years old. Her magic and combative skills have both increased intensely as compared to when she first began to learn them in 1889. Seemingly only twenty years old she attends college for what is the third or fourth time, her major this cycle being linguistics. Despite the years, however, Evangeline still has a very difficult time trusting people and dropping her masks.
